Every company's own salary range, median, and role-count estimate — each with its own source (Levels.fyi, Glassdoor, or a disclosed job posting) and caveats, unabbreviated — plus a live search link, so every number here can be traced and checked, not just taken on faith.
How this is built, and what changed:
Every company row's salary range/median is that company's OWN real data — a Levels.fyi self-reported median, a Glassdoor company-page average, or a disclosed job posting's pay band. Where a company only had a thin sample (n=2–3) or an "average" rather than a formal median, that's stated explicitly rather than smoothed over.
Each specialty's header figure is a genuine bottom-up computation — the median of the real company medians in the rows below it — not a separately-sourced market blend. This replaced an earlier top-down approach that repeated one identical blended number across every company row (unbelievable on its face) and, in one case, asserted a "$300K+" figure with no citable source at all. Both mistakes were caught by a user, not found internally.
Role counts still come from job-board keyword searches, which are inherently noisy — the same search on different boards routinely returns very different totals for the same company on the same day. This is a single research pass from 2026-08-10, not a live feed. Every row has a "Search postings →" link — click through to check a real current listing yourself.
Orange text below a range/median is an independent second dataset (supplied by the user, sourced from Gemini) — a different set of sites, pulled separately, shown for comparison rather than as corroboration. Where the two disagree, that gap is informative in itself; where a company shows no orange line, Gemini had no usable data for that pairing either. Note: Gemini's own dataset repeats identical Google DeepMind and OpenAI figures across several different specialties, suggesting it's less specialty-differentiated than the proxy titles used elsewhere on this page — treat a repeated Gemini figure as a company-wide number, not one verified per specialty.
Data set 1
Salary ranges & hiring companies, by specialty
The specialty header shows the bottom-up range/median (built from the company rows below it — see its "basis" line for exactly which companies and figures went in). Each company row below shows that company's OWN salary range, median, role-count estimate, source, and a live posting-search link — real per-company data, not a repeated aggregate.

Where a company's median says "computed midpoint, not directly reported," that company's own source didn't publish a median, so a simple midpoint of its real disclosed range was used instead — labeled as such, not presented as an official statistic.

Alternate view: role-count estimates, by company
Same data as above, regrouped so you can look up one company across all of its specialties instead of one specialty across all of its companies.
